As I look back to 3 March 2015 when we acquired 100% shares in Kholeka Engineering to where we are now and importantly where we are going, I am extremely proud of what we have achieved, and even more excited about our outlook for an equally promising future. We have successfully transitioned an average Truck Body Builder to become a respected premium quality firm, garnering business from across the OEM’s, Dealerships, FML’s, SOE’s, Government and Private Sector Companies, while earning our clients’ trust along the way.
It is satisfying to know that we are able to help our match the badge of the OEM Chassis in terms of the quality of the product we manufacture. Customer satisfaction is the hallmark by which we measure our performance, and we hold ourselves, as do our clients, to the highest standards of quality.
In this continually evolving marketplace, our clients are more informed than ever about their solutions provider options. Even so, they continue to select Kholeka as their body builder of choice because of our experience, commitment to quality and turnaround time, and integrity.
Among our most important assets is the extensive knowledge base, deep-rooted professionalism and unwavering commitment of our highly-qualified, diverse staff. We are truly blessed to have Les Upping, Vikash Mohabir, Kresan Reddy, Rodney Pillay, Willem Nel, Megan Ruben, Shyam and all the staff that is at the core of who we are and what we do. From the drawing office, to material prep, welding, fabrication, assembly, paintshop, QA and despatch, our team is committed to delivering the highest quality product and providing unparalleled service to our customers.
Our association with Smith Capital Equipment and Mr Coach, we are offering a unique proposition to our customers – One Stop Solution. In this the chassis comes to us and we do the rest under one roof in KZN and in Gauteng and this is our Unique Selling Proposition
Sincerely,
Sipho Mdanda, Managing Director
